I love the month of July with fresh picked Strawberries, flowering gardens, Wimbledon and Long Lazy Days and yet all too often in the crafting world the summer fun seems to get over shadowed by new products for Christmas. Don’t get me wrong, I love Christmas and I’m up to my eyes in some fabby Christmas artwork for you at the moment, all due for release next month, however I was delighted to have a little summery project on the go and the opportunity to work on Sam Salt’s delightful ‘Summer Circles’ designs. And so, July’s Monthly Rubber Stamp Giveaway has an unashamedly summer feel about it with these three brand new Lilyboo Designs Rubber Stamps, Lilyboo Bird Girl, Lilyboo Boy Tyre Swinging and Lilyboo Cupcake Girl.
To be in with a chance of winning this month’s three rubber stamps all you need to do is leave a message here in this blog entry comments section by the end of Saturday 31st July – Be Lucky!
The three winners will be selected by the computer at Random.org and announced here, so be sure to leave your correct email addy for me to easily contact you if you win (it won’t be published on the blog) and check back next month to see if you’ve won … and enter the next giveaway too! The lovely Lou from Lilyboo Designs (Sam the artist’s sister) has just posted a link on the Cuddly Buddly Forum to her first YouTube video – it’s a great little demo on how to easily and cheaply make faux brads. How on earth Lou manages to pick them up with her fingers, without using a craft knife or a pokey tool is beyond me but she does! Watch and enjoy.
Well done Lou and enormous thanks for taking the time to make and share your first production – It’s a rap!
I’ve got some great news to share with you all today – the lovely Sam Salt from Lilyboo Designs is now selling her cute and whimsical digi stamps at Cuddly Buddly Crafts. Sam has a wonderful casual detailed style which always seems to have a little twinkle about it! With over a hundred digi stamps listed in the shop at only 99p each, there’s sure to be something to make you smile and keep the cardmaking mojo buzzing. Sam hasn’t come empty handed either as this lovely generous young artist has offered us all oodles of FREE digi stamps to play with too – just pop over to the Freebies section and click on the images you like and then right click and save them to your puter.
More new images from Lilyboo Designs are in the pipeline and we’re working real hard behind the scenes to get the wonderful card samples from her talented Design Team added to the products too as we know these are so helpful and inspiring for all to see.

Wow, where does time go, the week seems to come round so quickly! As they’re all too often creeping up on me I’ve thinked and thunked and decided that I need to change from a weekly to a monthly rubber stamp giveaway. So here we go with the June monthly giveaway – 3 For FREE For 3. Same as it’s always been except I’ll draw 3 winners each month who’ll receive the 3 stamps that I’ve chosen for the month.
This month I’ve gone back to my family and I’ve picked Charley with Willow, Kyle with Daisy and the Garden Fence. These three stamps are super adaptable and can be used together to create scenes or alone to create different looks on your cards and scrapbook pages. Charley with Willow and Kyle with Daisy are each available too as digi stamps.
